We are a specialist neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy service based in South Devon. Our aim is to help all people, whether they have a something new like a sprained ankle or a more long term condition such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease or chronic pain, to improve their everyday functional ability and fitness by offering a range of rehabilitation solutions to suit every budget. We achieve this by listening to your needs, undertaking a detailed assessment and formulating a bespoke treatment plan, which, along with our individual expertise and knowledge, means you can achieve your goals in safe hands.
All physiotherapists are fully HCPC and CSP registered and have had full CRB checks.
Meet the team…
Jenny Baker is the Lead Physiotherapist and Clinical Director for Sense Ability Therapy Ltd, specialising in neurological physiotherapy and balance rehabilitation.
She offers a range of rehabilitation solutions to improve everyday functional ability and fitness using detailed assessment and formulation of bespoke treatment plans.
She has over 18yrs experience as a fully qualified and registered Chartered Physiotherapist, working for over 15yrs in the NHS treating inpatients, outpatients and working in the community both in the UK and New Zealand.
Since moving to Devon 2yrs ago with her family, Jenny has been working as an independent physiotherapist in the community, and has set up Sense Ability Therapy Ltd to help supplement the care available on the NHS.

Zoe qualified as a physiotherapist from Hertfordshire University in 2007. Over the last 10yrs she has worked in a variety of settings ranging from high level athletes to elderly care, private to NHS and from the UK to Australia, and back again!
Her clinical background is primarily in treating musculoskeletal conditions, including elite athlete rehabilitation, but she is able to provide a truly holistic assessment treatment approach through her extensive and varied professional experience.
Zoe also has a specialist interest in women’s health, particularly conditions arising from the pelvis and pelvic floor muscle, including antenatal and post-natal conditions, incontinence and constipation. She is a Pilates instructor, qualifying in 2009 from the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI). She is currently living in Devon and is a keen sports and outdoors fan, having previously captained a ladies cricket team.
